Embrace the changing seasons with our final twilight night until September! Inspired by the renowned French artist Seraphine de Senlis, known for her candlelit ritual of painting through the night, we invite you to step away from screens and immerse yourself in the soft glow of candlelight, fresh seasonal flowers, and quiet power. Join us for two hours of gratitude and meditation, shedding self-critique and allowing your creativity to bloom freely in this final art session. For this final session, we will be creating hand dipped celebration candles and a candle box, reminding ourselves to continue to take moments to celebrate every moment, great or small.
All art materials, wine, tea, and small snacks included. Feel free to bring your own beverages as well. Please note, our studio is nut-free.

Indulge in the art of latch hooking while enjoying freshly brewed coffee and savoring delectable pastries all in a sunny, floor-to-ceiling gallery of windows and art. In this 4-class workshop series, participants will craft large and plush latch hook pillows, perfect for adding a touch of warmth and funky personality to any space. Whether you're a seasoned artist or new to the world of crafting, this workshop is a relaxing, no pressure experience with limitless potential. Take a break from the everyday with this playful, fun, relaxed abstract intuitive drawing workshop. This class gives folks an opportunity to express themselves creatively through art-making and connecting with their intuition. We will use fascinating and surprising microscopic photography for inspiration as we delve into ways to go about creating abstract art. You will learn some basics around elements and principles of art such as line, shape, color, variety, and balance. You will also learn ways to allow your intuition to guide your art-making process. You get to be the orchestrator here. There's no wrong in this workshop and no prior drawing experience is necessary. Join us and have some fun!
Story Through Stone

Join us for a unique painting workshop inspired by a collection of naturally occurring imagery found in billion-year-old sedimentary rocks from Joshua Tree. Local storyteller Cyndera Quackenbush will guide participants through this reflective artistic journey, using the remarkable stone collection as a catalyst for exploring and expressing our inner narratives. Through storytelling and painting, we'll delve into the stories we tell ourselves, allowing them to emerge and be processed in a supportive and creative environment. Cyndera has led Story Through Stone workshops and retreats across the US and internationally, bringing her expertise to this transformative experience.
