We're Excited to Bring Back Our Award Winning Summer Camps!
Historically, our summer offerings have been posted on January 15th by 8:00pm. This year, that evening is dedicated to honoring our older students at a special event, and being fully present for them is our priority. As a result, registration may open a day or two later, maybe not—but rest assured, it will happen, and it will be epic.
We truly believe that honoring kids is always time well spent. June is still far enough away, and we’re glad to give our students this moment without conflict.
While we know some programs choose to launch earlier, our experience has shown that families benefit from having adequate time to plan before committing. With that in mind, we aren’t able to offer early previews or priority registration, and we appreciate your understanding.
Cancellation Policy:

Seats reserved during the early booking window (Jan 15-Jan 30th) will be considered final sale, non-refundable and non-trasferrable.

Cancellations within the first 24 hours of registration outside of the early booking window will receive a full refund of tuition, minus any processing chargeback fees.

After the early booking window, and within 24 hours of registration, a non-refundable fee of $75 per child per camp will be deducted from all tuitions.

Camp tuition is 75% refundable, minus the $75 per camp fee, for all camps canceled on or before May 1st.

Camp tuition is 50% refundable, minus the $75 per camp fee and processing fees, for cancellations between May 2nd and May 14th.

Camp tuition is nonrefundable if canceled after May 15th.

**Free Like-for-Like Transfers:
It is always free to change from one camp to another if there is availability. Please notify us as soon as possible to increase your chances of a transfer. No price difference will be issued if transferring from a more expensive camp to a camp with a lower price. While we will strive to offer like-for-like transfers, availability is not guaranteed. If you find someone to take your seat, we will provide a full refund (minus the $75 camp fee) after confirming the seat exchange with the other party.
*We value your understanding of our commitment to fairly compensate our teachers when they are scheduled to work during the time and date you have booked. Please note that an absent seat is considered forfeited.
